Friendly staff doing their best to give you a nice stay, just ask. For the nice breakfast you can choose a type of eggs and there is a buffet with fruit, juice, water, tea, coffe, bread, butter, jam, soup, rice and 2-3 different meat and or vegetable topping’s. We did not try the pool area but it looks very nice. Nice firm bed and nice sheets and towels. Put the sign out if you want cleaning. Hotel just opened December 23, so they are still learning, when we was there there was a problem with water supply and with the heating of the water. We told it to the staff and they did their best to fix it an updated us. Still new and with minor problems but we enjoyed our stay a lot.

My room was nice and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is awesome. Americano was especially good. Hot shower and toiletries were 👍👍👍

Pool not in the sun

All is good. Nice view.

We found this place last minute after our Airbnb turned out to not exist. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful - arranged tuk tuk driver for 2 days as well as hot air balloon ride. The place seems fairly new so everything is really fresh and clean. Free breakfast was really great.

Annoyingly that the pool wasn't open. Everyday they told us it would be ready in a few hours but they were still doing the painting or something structural to it and there was no water in it .... a bit of an obvious fib haha. Otherwise place was great.

Nice comfy clean room. The staff was super nice and friendly, especially the girl at the reception named Hamla, who helped me with all my needs, and always with a big smile and kindness. I really enjoyed my stay!
