The calm atmosphere

The urban cowboy was absolutely beautiful. Cozy, comfy and quiet. A wonderful experience all around from start to finish

We arrived at 2:45- there was only 1 bartender on ) the only pleasant employee we encountered) Most of the amenities were not available/ no night life with DJ as advertised for both nights, no fire pits outside that were lit.The game room was 2 pool table and old board games . They had a fireplace thanks guest lit & maintained a nice fire for us. Walkways were so icy & not maintained making it difficult to get around. The sauna outdoors holds 2people so good luck getting in . We tried to make the best of it/ but when we checked out they charged us $74 resort fee. We called hotels . Com and they agreed we should not be charged anything & tried calling but no one at front desk would answer the phone. I went back to talk to someone & she said she would have to get back to me then some snippy person named Jay says to me loudly be nice . The woman that was trying to help me, apologized & said he should not have said that as I was just clarifying my bill. I have to go home & deal with this overcharge now. There is absolutely nothing to do here, Also no tvs not even in lobby. Restaurant was ok nothing spo& expensive . Nothing near by to go to. Rooms small & no closet space Our view was a truck parked outside window

This location is extremely beautiful and so relaxing

The overall view is absolutely beautiful. This resort was exactly as described. After a long drive from the city, the open view of the mountains just before arrival was absolutely breathtaking. The lodge itself was super cozy & very welcoming. Parking was convenient & the staff were friendly. The rooms itself are exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and lovely views of the mountains. Will be back to visit again :)

Such a cute place.

Very clean, pretty place. Staff is nice and friendly. Restaurant has a limited menu but the food is good. Great place to get away, unwind and relax. WiFi service is good if you need it. Lodge is fun, parlor is cool. Sauna is clean, just remember to make an appointment upfront.

A little too pricey for what you get. Text service provided to contact front desk is bot monitored close enough. A little slow on the service side of things which doesn’t jive with the price you’re paying.
