Superb experience at Bisabo! Stayed here for 4 nights in December and it was perfect. Jado, the manager, was so helpful with arranging airport pick-up. And Justin, who is the onsite representative, is an absolute joy and ready to assist with anything needed. We booked a 2-bedroom accommodation and it was like coming home to your own little apartment with a well appointed kitchenette, living room, modern bathroom, big bedrooms and comfy beds, as well as a lovely patio space. Really appreciated the smart TV as well when we had a couple of lazy nights watching Netflix! The location is perfect, on a quiet street in a wonderful area of the city and within walking distance to many fantastic restaurants like Repub and Sundowner. The Convention Center is also a scenic 15 minute walk. Morning coffee and fresh juices are brought to the room by the amazing Bisabo team (breakfast is also available but I'm not a breakfast eater and cannot comment on it). When I come back to Kigali there is nowhere else I'd rather stay.

Justin, who welcomed us and checked us in was very kind. The rooms are spacious, clean and all you need. The neighbourhood is quiet. The breakfast was great too.

This is a beautiful small hotel on a quiet residential street, There are a couple of great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Around the corner is a steep cobbled street that makes for a nice walk around the neighborhood (it was used during the 2025 UCI Road World Championships). There's a little wading pool in the hotel and a quiet area to sit around it. Staff is nice and helpful.
