Fantastic self contained apartments with kitchen in a safe and cool neighbourhood. Clean spacious room with lots of light and ventilation. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Secure parking with guard and great pool. Excellent coffee available on-site. Staff are super helpful and nothing is a problem for them. Great place to stay in Kigali.

Everything was amazing, the staff is super nice and friendly. The whole place is spotless clean, very safe and relaxing. I would definitely go back!

I stayed at BISABO suites for a few days . The breakfast was rubbish. It was like you are eating salt in the eggs . They close the gates so early and you have to start looking for the guy with the keys . They also put off their hot water at night time . You can’t have a hot shower after a certain time . I requested for late check out and it was agreed to only for them to put off the hot water and told me it was past my check out time so I couldn’t have access to hot water . Disgusted !

Too clean. So dapper. They allowed early check in. The rooms are so quiet and beautifully furnished

The facilities were just as pictured and located on a nice street with lots of restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Stay were very helpful and willing to assist with any queries including booking a cab, etc, Jado and Justin were at hand and I had the pleasure of meeting Aimé who is in charge. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and meticulous - the apartment was pristine and well appointed with the necessary crockery and cutlery to enjoy a takeout meal and a couple of pots and pansto cook a small meal. . I loved the breakfast options and the fact that breakfast is served in the room as there is a kitchen for breakfast only but no restaurant. Even in the studio apartment, which is what I booked, you have options to eat at the mini-lounge in the room, which has a comfy seat or at the work desk with equally comfortable seats, or (probably best of all) on the generous balcony overlooking the very pretty garden and modest pool. Water pressure in the shower and apartment overall was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. The facility was kind enough to accommodate my late checkout request, which was immensely helpful as my flight had been rescheduled by a couple of hours. Thank you Bisabo, would highly recommend!

There was some prolonged barking sometimes from a residence next door, which was disruptive and a little annoying, but Jado and Justin were always quick to assist with following up with the neighbor to manage the noise, which was only disruption during my stay. The studio could do with a full-length mirror.
