BISABO SUITES APARTMENT LTD

We very much enjoyed staying at Bisabo Suites and Apartments. The staff was extra friendly and attentive. Everyone was very kid-friendly, so our one year old had a really great time waving back at all the smiling faces and interacting with the staff. The staff was also very accommodating towards any issue we had (see below). The complex with all it's facilities was very modern and nicely finished, with high quality materials being used.

While overall we enjoyed our stay at Bisabo very much, we could not help but wonder why, here on booking, it was claimed to provide some features which obviously weren't there, such as a hot tub, a bidet or a fireplace. I guess all this aren't necessary features when staying in Kigali. However, what did disappoint our expectations was the room size, which was merely half of what is claimed here (at least for the studio). As indicated above though, this was dealt with to our satisfaction after addressing it with the staff.

Excellent host and facilities! I really appreciated the modern, fashionable design throughout. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

My stay was really amazing, it was like staying at home, very comfortable, very calm and the environment is peaceful. I loved it. Raïssa was very welcoming and helpful. Perfect place for a family holiday and those traveling for work as well.
