Anisa Mekong Riverside Villa

Small room but as it was in an old building along the river acceptable. Balcony looking onto the Mekong was great.

Cramped and room wasn’t cleaned in the time we stayed. Couldn’t find staff.

It looks nice from the outside

This is NOT the guesthouse for you if you enjoy… - getting your room cleaned and/or towels replaced at least once in a four night stay - any kind of interaction with the manager (he mostly ignored us or was nowhere to be found) - having to beg for a new roll of toilet paper everyday - a toilet with a properly working cistern

Good value in a good location on the river

Location by the river was good, not too far to walk to the night market etc

Water leaks from the sink whenever you use it, also a leak I think from the ceiling into the bedroom.old socks under the bed/fridge and whenever I went to reception there was rarely anyone there..

Good position near the river

Toilet in one of our rooms was broken. The sink in the other room drained very slowly. Noise from the street was still going on at around 11PM and started in again about 5AM. Receptionist was unfriendly. There was no shampoo except for 2 little packages of terrible soap. We were in SE Asia for 3 weeks and it was the worst hotel ee stayed in. Not recommended

The room is old Bathroom got moulded We booked a 1 queen bed and got two small single beds when checked in the hotel (not impressed) it’s looking more like a guest house than a hotel most of all you have to take of your shoes before you enter hotel rooms.
