Excellent apartment, but off the beaten path.

WARNING! Don’t stay here. Deceitful and dishonest property management. Air conditioning wasn’t working which made the apartment completely unliveable. They obviously knew it wasn’t working as they showed no surprise and told us to use the fan. We were told a refund had been paid, but now 10 days later we have received nothing and been told a refund isn’t coming.

The location was very good and close to the city center, but at the same time it was in a quiet place. They explained very well how to get there.

There were a lot of stairs on the way to the building, for us it wasn't a problem, but maybe it's not for everyone. The air conditioning wasn't the best, but it did the job.

Spacy. Good kitchen and nice little flat. Close to the City Center.

Very nice apartment in a great location.

Bed was a little on the soft side but that was the only issue.

Very clean with everything you could possibly need. Close to all major points of interest. Great communication and customer service. They were quick to help when needed.

Nothing to say really.

Wonderful place, very quiet and close to the city center. Perfect for spending a romantic weekend in Siena.
