Location. Wonderful, kind, helpful and hospitable family that operates the hotel. Good breakfast to order (many options) Good shower Very clean Comfortable bed Nice terrace

There are TVs in the rooms but no cable connection (at least not in ours). A small tradeoff for all of the positives listed above!
