The hotel was in worst condition as the previous year… sad. Serving similar cold buffet every day was not pleasant, in comparaison to having a list of Asian and continental cooked meals per order. Should be offered the choice to rent without meals. I stayed there 2 weeks

Good location, polite staff.

Extremely uncomfortable beds, wifi didn’t work. Breakfast was free but was poor. Quite a noisy stay with loud on-site music during the day and on-site dogs that barked during the night.

The second day, the host forced us to move to a different room. Well, the view was not there. Only one small window. Until very late at night, constant barbecue and smoke smell is coming to the room even when the door and windows are closed. Bed mattresses are horrible ! It's like sleeping on concrete. The bathroom has no separation between the shower and the toilet, so you are basically having a shower on the toilet.... by the time you finish, the whole floor is soaked with water, so the toilets are not really usable. There is a cattle in the room but no spoons and no sugar, and the cable is too short, so you practically have to hold the cattle in your hands to boil th water. This is not a three stars hotel as listed. It is more like 1 star.

Initially, communication was good, up to the point we were unable to cancel. The properties relatively centrally located.

Where to begin….from the moment we arrived, we realised the rooms we’d booked weren’t what we’d expected. The photos on the Booking website were either taken a long time ago or just weren’t representative of what we thought we’d booked. The moment we arrived, we realised we’d made a mistake, however we received a completely lethargic response, and a total unwillingness to provide an alternative. We decided to immediately checkout, and forsake the 3 rooms for 3 nights and booked into Dream 1985 Hotel down the road, which is literally the best hotel in Laos for similar costs. Perhaps I would’ve stayed at this hotel if it was a stag weekend in Benidorm, but then again, I’ve slept between two parked cars there before…..in a word, avoid.

Lacked very basic amenities. Cups for coffee. Glasses. Housekeeping was not good. The breakfast was largely wasted. Cold eggs and stir fried dishes left put for hours. No real coffee or milk.
