Nice and quiet room with garden view and a small terrace outside. The hotel is a very relaxed place and perfect for strolls through the city center. Restaurants and bars around the corner, we loved it to stay here.

Located near Phuosi Hill and within walking distance to most sights in town.

Cleanliness: the room needed a proper clean, yhe floor was quite dirty. The bathroom could be cleaned too. Bathroom: a broken shower, a broken toilet seat, toiletries were provided only the first night. Nothing afterwards. The room: rundown, dark, didn't have sockets to charge phones by yhe bed - had to ask for an extention which had open wires on the back. Bed: awful, the matress was as hard as rock the pillow (the only one) was big and uncomfortable. Yhe bedding was cleanish, but had some stains. Breakfast: very limited, just hot water and Nescafe, bread and margarine and jam (no toaster), rice, eggs, and vegetable and some chicken or some meat stews. The second day there was a group of Chinese tourists who fonished everything and yhe food wasnt replenished. The staff came, sat down, scrolled their phones and left without doing anything. The place was very noisy, sound proofing was minimal, one morning a group of tourists woke up at 4am to feed monke and they were dcreaming and shouting that everyone woke up. Staff: quite reckless and not very helpful. We had to go and ask for towels yo be changed and for water. This place has a lot of potential but is very poorly run and managed.

Do yourself a favor and look for another place. After arriving very late in Luang Prabang, we were lucky we could switch to another hotel after one night. Dirty sheets and the breakfast was a joke. Also probably the balconies offered a nice view previously, but there is a lot of construction work ongoing now.
