Staff were responsive and helpful. Airport shuttle is convenient, prompt, and clean. Checkout is early at 11:00 am but extensions are available. Breakfast was hot and delicious with good variety. Rooms were updated and immaculate. Management is onsite and were invested in providing the best experience for guests.

Very warm welcome despite late check in. The room is simple but clean and the matress very comfortable.

This hotel was way better than I expected! The entire place was spotless, there was an outside security guard, the room was immaculate with comfortable beds, and the staff all was friendly and helpful. They bring you a delicious breakfast to your outside personal patio. Don't let the low price deceit you!

This may be a motel but the facilities and rooms are better than some 5* hotels. Staff can't do enough fir you. I got a very personalised service. It's a new hotel with all mod cons.

The Airport drop off was for free, the aiport is very close. It was the third time I booked this hotel, but defenitely the last time!

They denied us breakfast because we had to leave at 6:30 a.m. for the aiport. We were ready at 6:30 a.m. but had to wait until 6:45 a.m. when another guest had finished his breakfast who came along to the aiport. We were wondering why he was able to have breakfast but for us it was denied an we were told breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m. and they don’t make exceptions. Additionally we had to pay for the dinner the night before even though we were denied breakfast and breakfast was included. They could have easily changed it to dinner instead of breakfast.

Lovely property, modern and functional, close to the airport. The room was reasonably large, with a nice balcony with additional seating area. Updated bathroom, with lots of toiletries (including toothbrush and toothpaste). The view from the rooms and from the restaurant on the city are very nice as well. We had a flight in the middle of the night, so we did not sleep in the room until morning: the evening was a bit noisy, as it was weekend. Not sure how the noise would have changed towards the late hours and morning. The airport shuttle was on time, free, and much appreciated.

The restaurant was a total letdown! We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the restaurant. If we did not need or use the restaurant, this review should have been a 9 or 10, given the qualities of the hotel. But the restaurant is worth at most a 3. For starters, the menu includes a wide variety of local dishes that sounded quite appealing -- but that were not available. We ended up ordering soup, salad, and chicken because there was nothing else available. Most frustratingly, it took 45 minutes for our drinks, then more than an hour and a half later, the soup, salad, and chicken. There was a marriage proposal party happening in the restaurant, but that did not affect our order, as the party was just enjoying drinks in the space (drinks from the bar that was separate from the kitchen). The food arrived barely warm and rather bland, covered with saran wrap (the kitchen is downstairs and the restaurant on the top of the hotel). We were even fooled into thinking the dinner could be a quick one. When we arrived, the marriage proposal party had not arrived, and the staff told us they could seat us only if we can eat quickly and depart within an hour. We were very happy to oblige, but the drinks and the food ended up arriving so late that we had to squeeze in a corner of the restaurant and wait, witnessing the party from a distance. At some point, we gave up and returned to our room, asking the wait staff to let us know when the food would be ready. As mentioned, it took almost two hours to receive the food. Either the cook did not arrive until 8:30 pm or they had other room service orders pending, but we did not get any indication when we ordered that the wait might be so extensive. Given the wait, the limited range of actual options, and the quality of the food, we wish we had used another restaurant in town (but we did not have a car or the ability to walk to another location). What a shame to have such poor service at an otherwise excellent hotel
