Very nice staff, free Airport Pick up, the driver even wanted for me while I was getting a sim card which took some time!

The bed was very short and not the best for tall people

The staff was quite knowledgeable of transportation, facilitation to Kibeho, my destination. I appreciated the hospitality of the staff. I used their transport to go to the main bus station.

My room was cold located to the RECEPTION sitting and visiting area which detracted from a quiet area until I notify the front desk and ask them to turn the TV down and quiet down the visitation which they did and I thanked them. The next time I stay with them, I will make sure I do not have a room by the reception visitation area.

Service was good. Staff very supportive. Breakfast was creative. Close access to the airport quiet area. Less than 10minutes walk to supermarket and eateries

Just one news channel. Great if you have Netflix or other accounts
