Very clean, friendly staff

Wouldn't stay more than one night, very noisy and small

Got what we paid for, except no TV.

Best place to stay in Talkeetna! This historic Inn offers friendly staff, a good selection of drinks an live music. Its wooden terrace is sourrounded by foodtrucks, so you can grab food an it eat on the property. The backyard offers enough space to hang with a drink and get in touch with others. Highly recommended!

Basic, somewhat spartan rooms, but clean. Bathrooms were great, particularly the showers. Price was very reasonable for Alaska, and Talkeetna is too cute for words. Gets a little loud at night due to the bar downstairs, especially on karaoke night, but they do provide earplugs in the rooms. Overall, a much nicer place than I was expecting or willing to tolerate in the middle of Alaska.

You are immersed in the ambience of Talketna when you stay here, so fun!

It was exactly as advertised. Room was over a busy local historic bar just as advertised and the owners went out of the way to insure the authenticity promised.

Location is extremely convenient and parking on site was easy. Charming building.

Rooms are right above the inn's bar which allowed karaoke until 1:30 am one night during the stay. The singing was so loud it shook the bed. Not at all a peaceful stay due to live entertainment or karaoke every night.

The Owner was outstanding - very gracious and service oriented. Excellent location - all of the staff were very hospitable - great dining options. Newly renovated - new air conditioning and heat pump was very efficient - would definitely stay at the Fairview Inh again

The owner is lovely, and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is right in the heart of town, and was so convenient!

If you’re trying to get a full nights sleep, this might not be the place. Mid summer when festivities are happening, you’re right in them! But if you want to be in the heart of the festivities, this is the place!
