The Residency rooms Liverpool

My word, you will not find a comfier bed. The power shower is extraordinary, I didnt want to get out. The staff are so wonderfully nice. No need for an alarm, you can smell breakfast being cooked to perfection. If you find this hotel is an option then it is an option you should pick immediately. Free secure parking to the rear. You are also over the road from the Mersey Ferry offering trips to Liverpool within minutes. May I suggest the stadium tour at Evertons new ground, magnificent to behold.

Nothing was good about our stay. I would discourage others from staying at The Residency

The stairs are dangerous.Trip hazards in every turn on staircase and corridors. The Fire Alarm was showing an alarm in the communal hallway I called the Fire Service The Management were not interested in calling out a Fire alarm engineer. Communal areas very dirty Towels were old they need replacing. The building is in serious need of redecoration, Coffee sachets with pre-milk. YUK. No T-Bags. Sink blocked drain in en-suite. No soap £100 for 1 night On the day advertised price was £35. There was no free parking despite the Booking .com website saying parking was on site, Everyone should avoid staying at The Residency, I expect Residency Rooms to return my £100 payment

Smell and felt poor

I've stayed here many times. It is always always clean. There is a kitchen with every facility and cooking aid you need, free to use for everyone. The staff who arrive at checkout time are always a delight. He can't do enough for you. Always makes sure you have everything you need, even making sure you haven't forgotten anything. If there is anything you need just ask, the fella is more than happy to cater for you. Best budget hotel in the area for me and will continue to be

Nothing to say wrong for £40 a night when you don't even get a kitchen in the premium hotels for 3 times the price. You even get a tele you can see without a telescope here unlike most places who offer a postage stamp sized monitor from 1999.

Vomiting smell from carpet next to bed No room fridge Toilet stunk as no toilet cleaner No toiletries Poor communication. Had to wait 20 mins for response and that's after I contacted to find out key code again. All key codes were wrong but 1. Lacked follow up email No Room fan. TOOO HOT.
