Nothing like the picture never found the kitchen area. the only picture that was true was the picture of the bedroom. Tv, we had to sign in on our own BBC Iplayer account to have tv on. 1 toilet roll And for anyone who is going to stay there, take your own towels.

I booked this resudence with my family, when i reached there, not even a word was true. A small room of toilet size with no attached toilet (that's what they call duplex room). The toilet was in different location after crossing 4 other rooms booked by other people. So no privacy. The picture on booking.com is fake. There is no kitchen or such facilities mentioned on reciept and on booking.com. I complained to booking.com, they called the residency room manager but no one replied them back. I then had to book another accommodate at that night to spend my night spending more. No refund of that stay was given to me. Criminal scammers
