Kensington House by MNK Estates

We loved the apartment, we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely and spacious, it also had a smart tv and large outdoor terrace which we loved.

The only thing I would comment on is the lack of towels, we were a family of 3 but there was only 2 bath towels, the apartment was also missing things like a cloth to wipe around and a tea towel to dry up, I thought an apartment would have these little things. We could of also used some extra pillows as there is only 1 pillow in the single room and 2 pillows in the double, we found 1 spare but could of done with 2 more. We slept OK but the mattress is a bit on the firm side

Location and instructions ok. Good response from caretaker when we contacted him for items that were missing.

Smell of tobacco smoke and ash left in sink. Marks on sofa. Some items chipped and signs of wear. Rug in living room was soaking wet and had to be replaced by caretaker.

Excellent location. Very safe and secure. The caretaker sorted any problems out very quickly. The apartment was quite clean, lovely & warm and very spacious.

The kitchen could be a little better stocked with necessary equipment and new bulbs were needed in the bedside lamps, but these were very minor issues.

Apartment was great, lovely outlook out the back. Nice temperature. Relatively quiet for a central location. Super helpful person who was waiting for me at checkin

Parking was very tight (although front of property was better!) Tea towel would have been nice in the kitchen. A long mirror would have been useful.

Cleanliness was very good. Location very good. Very secure, both the building and car park

Spacious apartment, beds comfortable, parking spaces. Caretaker/manager was super-helpful whenever i asked for anything.

odd mix of plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils; for example no cereal bowl and only three knives and forks. Fine if you are eating microwave meals every night, but if you want to cook then there wasn't quite enough equipment to do that effectively. There's a washing machine in the apartment, but wasnt a clothes airer or an iron/ironing board. Some of the furniture / blinds were a bit grubby
