Kensington House by MNK Estates

Great location for what we wanted: easy travel to both London central and Reading. Really nice spacious apartment for family, very bright with great windows, away from road and secure parking. Comfy beds and sofa bed and very handy kitchen set up.

Mostly all good but could have had more cooking pots and plates as we self-catered. Better defined parking spaces would help.

cleanliness and cleaning products was not included. Apartment mentioned dryer facility but it was not available. Only cloth dryer stand not the actual dryer.

We liked the location as it was close to the locations we visited. Liked that the was parking included Staff were friendly and helpful

We didn't that there was no bed for our son as it was advertised there would be a pullout sofa. He slept on the sofa but this was not a bed. We would have liked a few items in the apartment, such as a sweeping brush/hoover and toilet cleaner

The furniture is very used, full of damage

Friendly helpful staff on arrival, fan available in the room, clean, small gesture of tea, coffee and sugar was much appreciated, great location for our stay

The location is very convenient, and the supermarket is also very close.

There is nothing to be dissatisfied with. Everything is fine.
