Great location for shopping and nightlife.

Balcony door didn’t lock, when this issue was raised with staff via email they were rude and offered no solution. We were told no one is going to climb up and we would be fine. Not sure how they knew this when we were only on the first floor and there were people sleeping in the alley below. This is a major safety concern especially in a city! From reading some other reviews after our stay, it seems the door not locking has been an issue for some time so not great that it’s not been fixed. Also the sofa bed is not a bed! There is no way this can be advertised as a bed. It was so uncomfortable!
