Lovely clean comfortable apartment close to everything we wanted to see

The noise from below but was informed before hand so knew what to expect

Very spacious,very clean ,very close to amenities ,nice shower .very clean

The noise levels from people outside but this was explained/expected on description,bathroom sink didn’t drain properly

It was big with facilities such as fridge freezer, cooker and dishwasher

The property was sold as a 4 sleeper. It had one double bed and one small sofa bed, not fit for two people. The support had under the sofa bed was also broken and the material on the top was torn. When I messaged the accommodation with ALL of the above details they only responded to tell me the layout of the apartment. I replied again with the issues and never got a response from the property.

8 flights of stairs to the apartment was very hard work with suitcases and shopping No t towel or washing up liquid
