GBGBThe room was spacious, modern and clean. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and supportive throughout stay.
A breakfast offering would be good, and we did believe we would have had complimentary snacks and drinks in the club lounge associated with the club room, but apparently this has recently changed. Perhaps to improve expectation, make it clear that access to the lounge is open to the public, and nothing complimentary regardless of the class of room booked.
