"The Place is closed for renovation."

BAD. The hotel was under renovation as on 01-Dec-2025.

The place is closed for renovation. But, i don't understand why it is showing open for occupancy in Booking.com website. Also, i received the confirmation email response from operator after booking. But when i reached there, it was under renovation. ( on date 01-December-2025)

when we arrived at the hotel, it was closed for renovation for last 2years!! please update exact information in your website. otherwise the customers will sink in the darkness of midnight when reached!!! please remove this hotel from your records at the earliest
