Purtroppo c’erano dei lavori fuori dalla struttura e tutte le mattine ci siamo svegliati con il rumore forte. Abbiamo chiesto alla reception se ne erano a conoscenza prima del nostro arrivo e hanno detto di no, tuttavia le impalcature era montate già da tempo (come ci è stato riferito). La stanza era pulita, ma non c’era nulla per cucinare. Inutile mettere a disposizione una cucina se poi non c’è olio, sale, caffè… basterebbe mettere delle piccole monoporzioni per rendere tutto più fruibile. Abbiamo richiesto un rimborso parziale per via dei lavori e non ci è stato concesso.

L'appartamento aveva tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno molto confortevole, oltre ad essere nuovissimo, curato e molto profumato. Le ragazze della reception sono state accoglienti, gentili e premurose oltre le nostre aspettative. Quando la nostra permanenza a Torino è finita, siamo andate via a malincuore da questa struttura.

La mancanza di un'asta per l'armadio.
