The location and quality was excellent.

The terrace, although spacious, was very secluded. In the description the accommodation was stated as an apartment with terrace, but a picture of the actual situation would have helped managing expectations.

"Comodo e al centro di Torino"

Appartamento nuovo, bello, pulito, luminoso, spazioso, nel centro di Torino, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione (Porta Nuova), con una fermata tram/bus davanti al portone e ristoranti/bar/supermarket vicinissimi. Il personale gentile, preparato e disponibile. Comodi ingressi con codici (no chiavi) Piacevole zona comune con acqua e macchinetta del caffè Attenzione all'ambiente (es. fornito un kit pulizia cucina, per i pochi gg di soggiorno, molto utile e senza sprechi).

A differenza delle foto, il bagno della camera non aveva il bidet, ma un doccino da usare nel wc, molto scomodo per chi ha bambini e/o per chi è abituato all'uso del bidet (inoltre il supporto del doccino a muro, fissato male, si è staccato più volte, su segnalazione è stato prontamente riparato, ma si è ri-rotto e alla fine lasciato solo appoggiato, senza il supporto a muro). La doccia, studiata per una massima accessibilità, nell'utilizzo bagnava di acqua metà bagno, che, senza finestra, si asciugava a fatica (anche gli asciugamani/tappetini utilizzati per arginare l'acqua). In una struttura così rinnovata e moderna, ci saremmo aspettati più cura per questi dettagli (zona bagno) che rendono più confortevole e meno problematico il soggiorno.
