No os merecéis nada en este apartado. Atención nula en una emergencia. Personal inexistente. Responsable del apartamento inexistente. No volveremos.

Que no haya nadie que responda o nos avise cuando salta la alarma de incendios. Que tengamos que ser los huéspedes a movilizar todo en caso de una emergencia. Que tengan la cara de no reembolsar después de tener que hacer varias llamadas desde Italia a Madrid, tirados en la calle casi una hora con dos críos de 5 y 6 años bajo una tormenta.

Appartamento in posizione super centrale, proprio alle spalle di Piazza San Carlo e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Stazione di Porta Nuova. Negozi, ristoranti, bar, supermercati e fermate dei mezzi pubblici tutti ad un tiro di schioppo. Arredamento moderno e curato, presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, doccia molto comoda. Staff preparato, gentile e cordiale, portone di ingresso e porta dell’appartamento senza chiavi ma con codici di accesso. Pulizia ottima e comfort generale molto soddisfacente, a tratti sembrava di stare a casa propria (divano comodissimo con mobile tv). Zona comune al piano terra molto funzionale con distributore d’acqua, macchina del caffè e servizi igienici. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio in custodia dopo il check-out. Torneremo sicuramente in una prossima occasione.
