Everything. It exceeded my expectations. I liked that the bed was big and comfy, generous with pillows that made my sleep really pleasant.

Nothing. Everything worked well.

Very clean and cosy place. Towels and toilet amenities available. Everything looks new. Close to the city centre - few minutes walk (up the hill).

We had small issues with hot water, that was not activated, so I suggest to check when you come. We have contacted the owner and it was solved quickly.

A set of instructions for the washing machine for international visitors would be appreciated.

I recommend it 100%.Perfect location for the centre of Siena on foot, 10 min.The staff always answered rapidely to any questions we had.Very clean,very comfortable,magnificent view.We felt it as "home"!I wish we could stay more...

Fully self contained apartment. WiFi also available.

A little tricky to find. A YouTube video is provided but the link didn’t work. The door could not be deadlocked - only closed shut.

The apartment was in a perfect location for walking around the historical center of town. I did arrive at the start of the Palio, so my taxi from the train station wasn’t able to drop me off at the location that I thought, so had to walk a bit to get to the apartment, but with the combination of Google maps and the very friendly people of Siena it was manageable. The apartment itself was very clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, great view out the window, no complaints !!

The view from the property was exceptional with beautiful sunrises and lovely sunset colours. The property was quiet, clean, modern and exactly as expected.
