Very clean and close to the centre. Lots of towels, pillows and blankets etc provided.

It was difficult to find the location without the help of the video.

The video with instructions on how to get to the location was very helpful. Fully equipped apartment and great location.

The flat is ok, good internet. Everything was clean and there was a beautiful view from the window. Very close to the city center. We had no real contact with the owner, they just sent us a film how to eneter the apartment and a link to a page for paying city tax.

The place was difficult to find. The owner sends you some film how to reach it but we had problems to find it as when it is dark everything looks differently. The kitchen is poorly equiped. The only pans were very big (a flat is for 2 people) and there was not knife to cut bread. The flat has a kitchen stove but we could not use it as there was no containers to bake anything in it.

Fantastic location close to piazza de campo and within a short walking distance of the main sites. The apartment is super clean and has a great view. The bed is very comfortable. There is great lighting especially in the bathroom. There is an iron, which was super helpful as we were there for an event. And, a washing machine. There are no bars or restaurants under the window, so it's nice and quiet. It was easy to find following the directions provided by the property. There are many stairs to get to the property but we knew that from the reviews. We felt the stairs well worth the view and quiet we got in return. Wifi is excellent.

There are prosecco glasses. Would be nice to have wine glasses too.

Very well situated close to the centre of town. Comfortable bed. Very clean with perfectly adequate kitchen facilities that I didn't use at all apart from a glass for tap water.

After a day there was no hot water. This is a very basic requirement for anyone. When I reported the problem via email I got a reply suggesting the solution with a photo of the cause and remedy. This is why I'm not too happy. They obviously know there is a recurring fault with the boiler control system, so get the bloody thing FIXED!!! The bathroom is also past due a refit with a small shower enclosure and tired décor.
