I liked the cleanliness of the rooms. Spot clean! Not just the rooms, the entire hotel is very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I stayed for 6 nights and the place felt like home away from home. Breakfast was more of Ethiopian cuisine, but I liked that I could order eggs, which were not part of the breakfast menu. The display was very appetizing and they had a wide variety to choose from. Wonderful reception from staff.I liked that they were also helpful in assisting with the Ride service since you need to have a local number to access the service. Location of the hotel was excellent. It's on the roadside, with the traditional markets and other eateries just a walking distance. I could actually see the beautiful Addis from the window of my room.

Nothing. But would suggest that they provide a luggage scale, maybe at the lobby.

Good location, very comfortable/clean room, good breakfast with plenty of options, friendly/helpful staff. Can not fault this hotel :)
