The Little Outlook

The hotel is small and the staff very friendly. It offered free transfers to and from Victoria Falls which was great. There is a nice pool and bar area at Premier Guest lodge.

When we arrived we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and we were being transferred to a sister hotel. We were not informed prior to arrival. The room was ok but not as good as the room booked. The shower only had very hot water which we could not adjust.

Bed was comfy and always had hot water. Breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was very outdated, tiles were grimy and shower didn't drain properly. It is 'far' from town, and you will always have to taxi back after dark. The manager leaves a 7, and nothing is available- no food nor drinks, which I felt was deceiving from how it was advertised. Manager was very kind but service lacked on some important things like our airport pick up never arrived on our first day (so stressful as the airport has no internet). Overall, we definitely overpaid.

Overbooking (não pude passar sequer uma noite no hotel, pois não havia quarto disponível. E sei que o mesmo problema ocorreu com pelo menos outros dois hóspedes)

Cerca de la entrada a las Cararatas Victoria, unos 20 minutos caminando por un camino seguro y recto (2,2 km). Byron te ayudará en todo aunque no habla nada de la español, el idioma menos hablado en toda África. Le encargamos un shuttle para dos por 36 dólares, algo más caro que el taxi que son 30, pero nos ahorramos el engorro de negociar a la llegada. Le encargas el desayuno el día antes a la hora que quieras y lo hacen todo al momento. Las instalaciones correctas aunque en las fotos se ven mucho más lujosas que la realidad. De todas formas un sitio cómodo, aunque modesto, una cama muy grande y cómoda: duermes como un bebé con el sonido de las cataratas de fondo

Que no se habla español

The staff(admin and security)were friendly. The breakfast was lovely, the view from the room absolutely stunning. They did not add extra costs to payment when swiping, which happens often in Vic Falls

Staffs super receptivos, da para ir caminhando para centro, quarto grande.

Poderia ter frutas no café da manhã.
