The Little Outlook

Excellent staff and great breakfasts. Compliments to the chef. Beds very comfortable. Aircon and fans if needed. Only 6 rooms so very peaceful. Good pool and nice gardens. Very happy with our stay. Driver's on call to take you where you want to go.

Super Lage, man kann problemlos zu Fuss zu den Wasserfällen (30min) oder ins Zentrum (20min) oder zu einem Restaurant und Supermarkt (10min) gehen. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber, Internet super.

The staff

Booked months ago, but we turned up only to be told our room was not available. Reception and seating seemed to be used as more of an office. Tired and hot from travel we were offered a room at a sister hotel around the corner. It was fine but not what we booked and we should have been contacted . This seems to be a recurring situation looking at comments. The staff were very pleasant and it’s was fine for a couple of nights

Every time we went to reception, the staff kept insisting that we hadn’t paid for our stay, and each time we had to show proof of the bank transfer. Only at the very end did the hotel finally “realize” that the payment had been made. The comfort is very basic, breakfast was poor, and the waiter consistently forgot half of the order. And moreover, the WiFi didn’t work for half the stay. We also asked for a taxi at the arrival in the airport, the answer was provided way after our arrival… For such a high price, the experience is really disappointing.
