The Little Outlook

The room was comfortable with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water was replenished each morning. The air con worked well and together with ceiling fan made for comfortable sleeping. Whilst breakfast serve was slow , the cooked options were tasty. WIFI worked well in rooms. We experienced a sever thunderstorm one night, which caused a small leak from the thatched ceiling (no issue but novel - part of the culture).

The pool required some attention - water dirty and algae in parts on walls. I did not go swimming. Bathroom a little tired - Shower base had some loose tiles. No hot water on first night, but rectified the following morning.

What a charming little hotel, lovely staff greeted us with a warm welcome, we looked a bit scruffy after 3 hot safari days, we had a swim and enjoyed the air-conditioned comfort. Our room was clean, bed was very comfortable and our breakfast the best for our whole African adventure 🥰

Éloigné du centre. Nécessite un taxi payable en dollars us pour se déplacer. Restauration sur place sur commande et très limitée (sauf petit déjeuner).

A lovely, welcoming small hotel. Just 6 rooms, all on ground floor, decent swimming pool and very friendly and helpful staff, thanks especially Tildah and Byron. Good breakfasts and main meals and all very reasonably priced. Trip to town and to the Falls walkable with care. Real African hospitality!

In the heat, the swimming pool was great. The owners were fairly relaxed about our checking out a bit late. The air-conditioning was super as it was very hot. The beds were comfy, and it was good to have a fridge in the room.

Room 1 was not great. The bedside light did’nt work and the shower was hanging loose on the floor, which made showering a bit difficult. There was not milk in the room fridge.

The beds were comfie.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The pool was very clean and very refreshing in the hot afternoons. And the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
