I love the customer service. They are patient, friendly and very personable from MY experience. I definitely come here a lot.

Property appears to be a work in progress. My particular room had a missing large vent cover, heavy soiled carpet (composite flooring is now used in most motels), and a noisy, squeaky bed.

Does not get a 5 because probably the worst continental breakfast!

The owners are really working hard to make improvements to this property. The check-in was quick with a friendly staff. The rooms are receiving upgrades, and the breakfast has improved from my previous stays. For the price, it is difficult to beat the deal.

Location was good. Staff was friendly.

The beds were terrible. It smelled terrible. The pillows were terrible. The volume didn't work on the TV. There was pee on the floor in the hallway. There was a broken bottle on the steps. There were cigarette butts on the floor at every entrance. There were no new towels available. There was no one at the desk every time I needed someone, including checking in & out.

The motel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the AC was noisy - but not noisy enough to drown out the sounds of other guests, including children running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night.

The property is just okay. Clean enough. They had no replacement towels for us. Every towel in the hotel was in the wash??? The shampoo and conditioner containers were impossible to get the contents out. The plastic on the bottles was so rigid that I had to use all my strength to bend the bottles around the shower shelf to get even the smallest amount out. The towels were on the cheap end. The cleaning staff used a leaf blower to sweep the hallways.

Nice changes to property, affordable, convenient location, very clean! Overall 4 out of 5.

Absolutely nothing.

It was Dirty, smelled like weed. Drug addicts everywhere outside and inside. Receptionist was rude about rescheduling room reservation. He also spoke to his boss on the phone in a different language and called my friend and i stupid. The “complimentary breakfast” was stale and moldy bagels, moldy juice, and stale cereal. Absolutely disgusting.
