SureStay by Best Western Prince Frederick

Front desk male was busy on his phone each time I came to the front desk, and ignored me until he was finished. He reassigned me from my booked ground floor room to one above where I had to use stairs (I’m a disabled military vet).

There were bugs in the room. People lived there full time playing the tv at high volume until late and early in the morning. Doors slamming, loud talking. Carpet old and dirty looking. Rooms smelled badly.

Older property has been remodeled. It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Exterior door would not secure. Would stay there again.

this is an extended stay property. People live there. The room was clean, older and run down but clean. The staff was nice. The place smelled liked marijuana inside and out. People hang out front smoking. There was a woman ranting about her life and her room to the front desk saying how she has been there over a month and she wants a room of the 1st floor. Breakfast there was a pitcher of water, a waffle iron , 2 kinds of stale cereal.

It was incredibly humid/damp inside. The carpet felt disgusting on my feet.

Common areas were fine. Room was OK and clean. Had expected items: tv, plenty of drawers, coffee maker, safe, side tables, place for luggage.

Carpet was kind of damp and not pleasant in bare feet. No closet but clothes hanging area. Terrible parking lot. Dead ends and no easy place to turn around. Must back all the way out or multiple k-turns to get out.

This hotel is good for one night stay, no much to see or offer around the area, but overall good and convenient

We had 2 rooms, both rooms had black mold on the air conditioner vents. We went to the store and bought bleach cleaner to clean it off. Still had an allergic reaction to the mold. If both rooms were like that I can only assume every room is like that.
