SureStay by Best Western Prince Frederick

When we got there, they put me in a room with one bed when I paid for two and the Ac was out the wall and on the floor, you could see the outside from inside, I go tell the front desk they put me in another room and it was once again one bed, I go back down and I had a new born baby carrying up and down the steps, than the guy says okay I'm going to just give u two rooms, we say okay we get into the rooms start getting settle the guy at the front says we have one double beds we are going to move u to, I wasn't trying to be rude but at this point I was there for my grandmas funeral I drove All the way from NC I was tired, I will never again stay at this hotel than the hole breakfast situation we were told 10am and it stopped at 9 it was just very unorganized
