After being her a month & after emailing several certificates to them about my dog 1) being a service dog. 2) was indeed in the military, his owner (my brother) committed suicide and left (our protector) you all kinda suck. I had been contacted several times ( and not for disturbous) any one ever.

They had violent guests but yet after a month the wanna make me move rooms. BROT (bring your own toilet paper. Cause they have nothing.

Terrible place to stay

The drugs, the fighting, the dogs that howled at night. Police came out at least 3-4 days a week. No housekeeping staff. No one to get clean sheets from. We were moved to first floor after the elevators quit working. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. The tub had a crack in the floor if it.

It is close to my workplace

We have been here since the end of September. We have not had any housekeeper clean our room. I realize it is minimal services but I am charged $35 cleaning/housekeeping fee each time I renew my reservation. I am paying for something that doesn’t exist If one needs or wants clean linens or towels you need to find the maintenance man or the security person. Give them the soiled laundry and you are given clean. The internet is spotty

Fights going on in lobby. Police seems to be called quite a bit (daily)

the rooms are nice and even though it's not in the best part of town and has a name it's not bad i felt pretty safe

the elevator didn't work for a week and i work at a very physically demanding job so to walk ten flights of stairs and to not b compensated something. and i booked another month with a deluxe room when my boyfriend went down to find out about the bigger room the desk person acted like they had no idea what he was talking about which is annoying

On Christmas eve was moved to a different room cause i have a service dog. Mind you i have had no complaints. But i was moved to a smaller room. Needless to say not happy about it. Had a double bed and a couch. Now a chair and a king bed. Plus the room is much smaller. The person sharing the room with slept on the fold out couch. Now must either sleep in the chair or on the flooror in the bed with me. Why?
