"Pleasant"

At the beginning of my stay, my room ceiling fell in and was quite messy and complicated. Had to move rooms. It was hard to find anybody when you needed assistance. Nobody at the desk most of the time.

Staff are fabulous . They work hard to keep the place clean and in good working order. Rooms are nice sized fantastic and room are nice size . The exterior is older but built to last . Lobby is lovely and open

"Challenges and great of staff."

There was a roof over my head

The elevator went out three days ago. I am on the fifth floor with a medical condition that going up and down the steps is a challenge. I was told it may be another two days at least before the elevator is fixed. They did offer to move me to the first floor. I accepted this offer.
