Adelphi Wharf Apartments by Beehosting

We booked and paid in full before properly researching this property. The reviews are not good. My expectations were low but it really wasn’t as bad in the end. Apartment was very clean but smelled of weed. Opening all windows for a while rectified this. Wi-Fi was not working, however staff rectified this as soon as we reported it. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. Outside of the building is very dirty and I don’t think in an area I would walk around at night. It is also not close to a tram line. A few little things wrong in the apartment eg. No blind in one bedroom, crack in cooker hob (still usable) one window handle would not close. Lift broke on our last night and was still broken on the morning we left. I don’t think I would return mainly because of the area it’s in, however it’s cheap and clean so fine if you are happy to get taxis while there.

Basic but clean and comfortable. The guy at reception was wonderful! Very helpful and attentive.

We get a room on 7 th floor with out lifting alivitor , place is under construction, we have to take the stairs to 7 th floor

The receptionist [MR ZARYAB] was rude and unprofessional. Giving personal remarks to us.The reception was said to be open 24/7 but wasn’t even open at 11 we had to wait outside for long for someone to let us in the beds were horribly uncomfortable which ruined the Overall experience.There was miscommunication from the same receptionist as he said we’ll get the cash deposit for security the next morning but nothing such happened and we had to compromise out trip because of this.There were no amenities the receptionist was giving unnecessarily remarks and made us feel uncomfortable.

Stained carpets, malodour in the room, noisy student neighbors. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was clean

Room had dirty stained walls. The bed and sofa was broken with spings broken and pointing through. The lift and hall was dirty and stained carpet that smelled of urine and marijuana. The walls were thin and you can hear people go to toilet. Worse still they hit you with hidden deposit which they hold onto for a month to get the interest. Dishonest and a cheap scam

Staff was absolutely amazing and so helpful

Expensive for what you get and door lock had a fair bit of damage to it, which didn’t fill me with confidence about the security of the place. We arrived in the evening and the actual place was poorly sign posted. When we called the guy who answered seemed disinterested and sent us in the wrong direction, asking us to walk up past a local shop. In the end (on the third call in) someone else took the phone and came out to look for us. All in all a bad start. Felt very basic overall and not the most secure place. Also lots of people making a lot of noise at night. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great value for money and spacious. Everything you need for short to mid term stay. Could do with a little freshening up in places but overall a great place to stay.

Paid for a 3 double bed apartment got 2 one bed apartments had no email terrible customer service
