Unexpected, when I arrived at the reception, they showed me additional conditions other than the Hotels website, in addition to requesting security deposit the amount will be refunded from 10 days to 30 days and parking is not free, in addition to the oven not working, and I asked the reception they say will send some one to check and didnt come The furniture is weak and if you break something you will pay a large fine. It was a bad experience. You feel restricted and afraid to touch anything because you will pay a big fine.

I really enjoyed my stay in the property. Is a home away from home. Very comfortable and clean.

Beware when you use this company, you will not get the room you paid for they will move you to a different much cheaper room at very short notice Beehosting Remember the name avoid like the plague We use them in Liverpool massive mistake. We got downgraded with 30 minutes notice into a dumpy apartment.

I booked it for my daughter. She sais the apartment itself was nice inside. Although there was a crack in the cooker and it wouldnt work. She also said the handwash and washing up liquid was watered down (which we did laugh about) But outside of it wasnt the best. Few ropey people hanging about and not very clean like webs in places that you couldnt miss....

Amazing I found it really comfortable and enjoyed the view of the place the staff was really friendly and I found it a lovely experience the building was clean an tidy

The apartment looked great, modern furniture and everything you need . But the fridge freezer noise kept my husband and I awake both nights. It only became quite when lent on. Has been reported to receptionist who apologised.

I had a weekend away booked in Manchester for 18th-20th July 2025 for me and my wife. Everyone will realise that since then Oasis have announced their come back tour dates. Luckily for us, or so we thought, one fell on the 19th July so we would try to ge tickets. But in response to the Oasis announcement, Adelphi Wharf apartments decided to cancel my booking stating “your dates are unavailable it was an error on the system”. However, if you were to go to booking.com right now and search for Adelphi Wharf availability for the 18th-20th July 2025, you will see that by some miracle they actually do have availability. Only now the price appears to be £1600, rather than the £300 I paid for it in the first place. Now I wonder why that would be? I have tried to contact them several time since then about it and they have ignored every one of my communications. Booking.com have also contacted them about it and they are still adament there is no availability whilst advertising a £1600 room. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Avoid at all costs! They will scam you as soon as there is an opportunity to make more money. Pure corporate greed!

Parking was £20 didnt get parking parked opposite the building where 3 hours free you good to park there and checkout at 11 and leave

The place is ok, but while passing through to my room which was on 4th floor was very smelly and bad cleaning conditions which given very bad impression. However property was cleaned. Staff (Morning) on reception was not polite and wasn’t not respected too. Overall all experience in the property was ok. There was not coffee and tea when requested to staff they said the delivery has not come and was very rude as well.
