Do not waist your money!!!!!!, Warning!! they allow gusts to play music at full volume from midday till 5am. Even when asking they did nothing about it. Guests can bring in other people as it's not monitored no security at night. If you have young kids do not book this place. No lift either and they don't you untill you book it. Don't bother booking an upgrade either as you will waist your money and just get whatever room they want to give you. I booked a deluxe room big windows space etc and checked day before that's the room I was getting, but I didn't get that. I got a very small room with brick outlook so not natural light. Coffee machine didn't work, fridge was broken. There is no one to ask, only telephone numbers and they just passed you around. Despite asking to be moved to my upgrade room that was available they wouldn't do it so was stuck for 3 daysas it's all key pad numbers no door cards. Be warned ⚠️ you will not get what you pay for, you will not get support and you will not get any response or help if needed.

Well appointed accommodation, really central. Clean and comfortable. Heated bathroom floor and effective heating/cooling in the room.

Just to note that there is no lift and the stairs are quite narrow up to the top, so be mindful if you have heavy or large luggage. A couple of bedside lamps would be a great addition.
