Great location next to coach station and clear and easy check in directions provided. Rooms were clear and spacious with really modern vibe.

It was very spacious and clean.. Great location for travelling to Newcastle..

The kitchen didn't have enough equipment to be able to cook for a family of four.. So we had to eat out more than we expected, too.. The toilet didn't flush every time we used it.. The TV was not programmed in, so it had very limited channels..

Friendly staff with clear communication all over email easy check in and check out. Catered to needs if/when needed. Quiet apartment with everything you need. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Clean and modern with plenty of space. Comfy stay, good value for money. Free parking.

Only 1 bathroom, 12 girls using 1 bathroom was a lot.
