There was nothing to like, had to book alternative accommodation.

Apartment had not been cleaned. In fact, the landlord told us "didn't bother sending cleaners as they thought it was fine." Sickness down the door and over the carpet. Oven was in a disgusting state. Makeup or blood smudged on units. Bins not emptied. Leaking radiator with water on the floor. Couldn't stay and to find alternative accommodation. Landlord told us he would refund us in full but that was obviously to shut us up as no refund ever received.

Very comfortable beds and very spacious.

Service on TV was not the best.

Beds very comfortable and great shower! The kitchen was well equipped and comfy environment.

The TV signal wasn't great

We stayed here for 3nights with our two children. The apartment was warm and spacious. Location was good - short walk 15-20min walk to centre of Newcastle and large Tesco nearby. There was onsite parking. Apartment was clean and recently renovated.

We had booked to stay in the top floor apartment but on arrival we were allocated the bottom floor without warning. On contacting the property we were told that it was not possible to move. One of the bedrooms had the fire exit door - it was a bit drafty and it didn't feel particularly safe so we slept with the children in the other room. The property had no carbon monoxide detector so we ended up buying our own. The shower in the bathroom leaked a lot onto the floor - this seems to have been mentioned in previous reviews but not yet addressed. The kitchen could have done with some more items e.g chopping board, wine glasses but it was fine if you were mostly eating out. It was a bit of a struggle to get our deposit back. We waited over a week from departure for the deposit and when I didn't receive a reply to my email I called the company. I was advised that it can take anything up to 12 working days for the deposit to show up in our account. I requested proof of the deposit being returned which was sent promptly and the money appeared in our account the following day (12 days following departure). It might be useful to let visitors know that their deposit has been returned and that delays can occur.

The location is very convenient for the metro station, the apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment has good quality furnishings and the lounge/dining area is a good size. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were adequate for our needs

The windows of the apartment are very old and did not really block out the traffic noise, which was considerable due to the close proximity of both the bus station and a busy main road nearby. The boiler was difficult to operate, when we tried it on a manual setting it only seemed to heat up the radiators for about 1 minute before switching off. The TV didn't offer us many channels. We could only manage to use the Iplayer, Spotify or YouTube apps - it didn't seem possible to use any other freeview channels
