Very clean and well presented. Exactly what we needed while working away from home.

I had concerns prior to arriving that I voiced, but they were dealt with excellently and efficiently. Easy to find. Lovely apartment in a great area.

great apartment with good facilities. plenty of space and facilities for a night or longer stay. well thought out in terms of what someone would need. location perfect to city centre

shower water leaked into floor as it looks like it needs re sealing on the bottom but used towels to soak up any excess water. probably have more than one key for group staying or use a code to access all doors or key cards.

Spacious and good location

The property did not have much in it, especially essentials when it comes to cooking and cleaning. Arrived at the house and it didn’t have any cooking utensils, nor did it have any cleaning up equipment and products, not even a sweeping brush or a mop. The apartment also didn’t have any paper towels or cloths to wipe. It didn’t have bin bags to replace the one that became full meaning we had to buy all of these things to tidy up after ourselves. I don’t understand as there is a Tesco and Poundland nearby and I feel like the owners should’ve invested in making sure that every apartment had these essentials. It was frustrating having to spend money buying these things when I feel like an apartment should/ must have these things. Moving onto the fact that the apartment’s windows would not open, and we did have an incident where the over smoked up the house we were left with the only solution of keeping the main door open so the smoke could settle. I think it’s hazardous because in a case of a fire or a serious accident having windows that work would help. As well the unbelievable soaking wet carpet floor from bedroom 2, as the boiler of the house has been placed in there which makes no sense to me. Not only was the floor wet but also the noises that came from it anytime someone used the bathroom or tap was really unbearable. I hope you can do something about this. Last but not least we had serious issues with the automatic heating system which just kept going up although I would regularly reduce it. It got really bad to the point that over night it went up to 28 degrees and burned my friends foot as her bed in bedroom 1 is placed right next to the heater. We had to get her to the health centre urgently and she is now numb on her toes. This is unacceptable as it is a long list and health and safety issues. It could’ve been more serious and Mulberry apartments the only ones to blame.

It’s very spacious! Loved how it’s right out side the metro and taxi rank. The facilities were great as well! My stay was a hen do so the iron definitely came in handy!!

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property. Just it may be worth touching up in a few areas but wear and tear is natural ☺️
