Comfy mattresses, clean and plenty of space. Good value for money and great location for where we needed to be.

Booked an apartment with a terrace and was placed in one without it - then being told that there is no terrace, it's a terraced apartment (despite a terrace being specifically mentioned in the description). Very thin walls and no coffee or coffee machine (as mentioned in the description).

"Fijne plek, vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie"

Hele fijne plek, op loopafstand van het centrum, maar ook met een paar minuten metro gemakkelijk te bereiken. Groot appartement, hele vriendelijke mensen die ook vroeg inchecken ook mogelijk maakten. Bij de bonusvraag staat trouwens 'wifi (toeslag)', maar er was gewoon gratis wifi aanwezig.

"A useful place to stay very close to Newcastle"

A good base for the four of us so close to Newcastle on a lovely quiet road. The apartment was well equipped and communications with the property managers were very good.

Property itself fine. Groups obviously stay here and a few of the young lads were loud at times.

"Spacious and good location."

It was very spacious, decent location, great to have free parking.

Even tho the place was clean I feel the bathroom needs a really good deep clean, grout was dirty and mould around bottom of shower. Just felt bathroom needs attention. Also the place could do with a touch up. Could do with a tea towel for drying pots too.

"Ideal place to stay when visiting Newcastle and/or wanting to visit Hadrian's Wall countryside"

The property is only three minutes walk from Gateshead Metro station. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and the apartment was spacious and very clean. There was a microwave and oven as well as sufficient cutlery etc. The property is ideal for visiting Newcaslte and venturing into Hadrian's wall country. Gateshead Metro station is just one stop from Newcastle Central Station so no problems getting to property.

"Great value and is close to good amenities in the area, it has good bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms"

Great price, good size accommodation, a very good base for working away and the staff member was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us
