"Great location, warm, comfortable accommodation"

Very comfortable, spacious and well furnished. Spotlessly clean, soft fluffy towels and toasty warm. Great location, easy to walk to Blenheim Palace and to the pubs and coffee shops in Woodstock. We would definitely stay again

Location was perfect. Spotlessly clean well appointed and so comfortable. Approachable and professional host met us on arrival. Nothing too much trouble. Beautiful home and cosy rooms

"Superb accommodation and location "

Excellent property very conveniently situated for a pre Christmas walkable visit to Blenheim Palace. Also, less than a five minute walk to Woodstock’s fine pubs and restaurants. The accommodation itself was high spec, peaceful and extremely comfortable for a short stay. I would definitely stay again.
