"perfect in every way"

loved EVERYTHING..... so much so.we are both discussing when to come back. The owner is sooo lovely, location is perfect, the place is spotless and the little terrace is lovely to sit in the sun. can't believe we found this gem!!!!!

"Perfect self catering apartment in the heart of Woodstock"

We stayed 2 nights at Yew Tree House and were really impressed. The accommodation is of a very good standard, and there was nothing it lacked. A very short walk and you're on the main street of Woodstock with its many bars and cafes. Great bus service into Oxford too.

A great place to stay in Woodstock. The apartment is spacious, very well appointed, immaculately clean and within easy walking distance of the town centre and Blenheim Palace. Pauline made us feel very welcome and we would definitely stay here again.

Great host, location and beautifully presented premises. Very comfortable bed with great linen. Lovely to have a lounge/sitting area to relax after a day sightseeing.

Very comfortable, spacious and well furnished. Spotlessly clean, soft fluffy towels and toasty warm. Great location, easy to walk to Blenheim Palace and to the pubs and coffee shops in Woodstock. We would definitely stay again
