Place was absolutely disgusting, never stayed in anything as dirty, dirty towels covered in stains, cold shower, floors dirty, cutlery thick with grease! Place should be shut down. Tried to contact management weren't interested and ignored all my messages, would avoid if ever thinking about staying. Took over 100 photos but can only share four! Had to book on elsewhere to let my kids have hot showers.

Doors to squeaky showers were cold had to ask for towels and hairdryer was broken and not liking the communication no answers when calling and had to wait until the next morning for towels

The communication with the owners was exceptional very friendly and helpful

Front bedroom very noisy, communications from host prior to stay. Kettle provided but no tea, coffee or sugar

The entire apartment hadn't been cleaned from previous occupants. 2 radiators we're on full heat and couldn't be turned down due to the thermostat being missing. Dirty towels strewn all over the apartment. Faeces found in uncleaned toilet. Every single bed had unclean linen because beds had been used. Dirty crockery in the kitchen. Lots of marks and damage to walls. There was no remote control for tv, so we couldn't use it. In all very unhygienic 😞

Everything was really good. Clean, comfy, spacious, facilities excellent, location excellent, excellent value for money.

Not a major issue but only one bath towel and one bit of toilet paper. No tea towel to dry surfaces, dishes once we had cleaned after use.
