Very spacious, staff were lovely and very helpful. Overall felt at home.

Generally clean, fresh beds, had enough space & good location

Showers were great, and general damages left around property such as handles, walls etc

Amazing second time me and my family as stayed there

Too many maintenance issues which would not have cost very much to rectify plus insufficient glassware (only 2 glasses for 6 of us}. Empty first aid box, lack of lightbulbs etc.

The location was good for the pubs we used. Very clean and tidy would definitely go back

Absolutely nothing. Stayed in the ground floor and it was disgusting. Blinds didn't work so everyone could see in and we could see out. Drug addicts peering in and i couldn't take my 8 year old into the mouldy bedrooms.

It was a filthy apartment, flooring was done by a blind man. Shower stuck on hot water that would of given you burns. Extractor fan didn't work. Mould in the bedrooms. Sofas tatty and ripped in living area Nails sticking out of door hinges Bedding was cheap, nasty and didn't close. Fire alarm in building constantly beeping with general fault. Smoke alarms removed from the ceiling. When I contacted them they tried to bribe me, they offered me a 10% refund if I left them a positive review and screenshoted it. Absolutely shocking behaviour 😳

location was good

found it very difficult to gain access to the property when entered we noticed a lot of damage to certain areas of the property. The apartment was infested with ants, shower didn’t change setting, so was left with scolding hot water to shower in. Also couldn’t turn the heating off so apartment was uncomfortably warm.
