Spacious apartment very good location good communication from host

More pillows needed as only 1 per person more cutlery and cups glasses and mugs 6 of us stayed here and there were only 4 mugs

Never got to apartment, was cancelled by the owner within minutes of booking. After we were misled into booking one of his other apartments and left as inhabitable. Wouldn't trust the pictures or the host. Complete sly con man. Left me £600 lighter, in Blackpool with 3 kids and no where to stay

Location was perfect as close to winter gardens. Apartments were awful, do not stay!!!

Apartments are dirty, there’s damp and mould, holes in walls, no working fire alarms, stains in beds, uncomfortable beds, noise from other apartments having parties, not enough glasses/plaited in kitchen, had not been cleaned/hoovered, smelly bathrooms. DO NOT STAY, left second night as they were that bad. Complained and was told manager would be intouch and a cleaner would be sent, heard nothing and no cleaner sent.
