Black Pearl Luxury Apartments

Nothing, the property is very run down, the only positive is it was close to winter gardens which is where we needed it to be.

The property is in poor state and not as shown in the pictures. The second bedroom was unusable, damp and mould and the carpets were soaked. There was something slimey all over the carpet so we were not able to use this room. The fridge freezer don’t work, damage throughout the property and the laminate flooring is lifting which is probably due to the dampness within the property. We reached out to the manager and have had no response worth reading, just keeps saying looking into this and will resolve but have no intention of resolving.

I am actually disgusted by the property we got there the place was in a terrible area, the handle in the main door was loose like someone had tried to break in!! I went inside the carpets were filthy, the living room was just horrible there were tears in the leather sofa.the smell in the bathroom was horrendous, the door handles were loose or falling off, I came with my partner but he had work duties and would be at work until early hours of the morning, I didn’t feel safe in there to stay, I had to book another hotel for the night, there was no way I was staying in that place on my own, how on earth you can put this as 4 stars is beyond me it’s absolutely horrendous, the pictures on your site must be old because the appartments did NOT look like the pictures!! £140 for that I could have stayed in the Hilton for less!! Then to top it all they took £100 to secure if any damages!! There were damaged handles and sofas in the property when I walked in! I have taken photos of the apartment of some damages just so that I wouldn’t have been charged for them that was already there!

Where do I start … I sent the owner around 28 pictures of holes in walls general dirtiness marks on walls radiators and shelving hanging off walls Blackpearl is definitely not Luxury as they claim there was even fungus growing in my en-suite shower which I didnt notice till the next morning. I definitely will not stay there again and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Location is fantastic

All furniture broken door could have been kicked in by a 5 yr old.. smart locks on door unpredictable, frying pans a junkie wouldn't even use, shower was too complicated and half time didn't work and last mattresses needed replaces as broken in parts

Close to the promenade and attractions rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed 😃

Great location, lovely apartment for my family for the night. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Couldn’t change the heat settings in the shower which was very hot

Location and comfort were good.

No washing facilities, family of 6 need to do laundry.
