Location and size of the accommodation.

Most of the furniture are damaged and not comfortable to use. Carpet is not as clean as in listing photos. So be careful to photo any damage upon arrival and report it immediately so you can avoid deposit deductions.

Nice kitchen and bathroom with plenty of space for what we needed. Good use of space in bedroom and central to everything. Parking at the bottom of road on large carpark, and little convenience store at the bottom of the road. Great for a weekend away.

Encountered a leak in one bedroom that had saturated the carpet so had soggy feet. Notified the landlord who is arranging to have it fixed..a little noisy due to a tarpaulin on the roof flapping about In the wind all night bit other than that a lovely stay. Would return again.

We had a wonderful experience staying in Black Pearl Luxury Apartments. The ownerd keep it extremely welcoming, clean and wellstocked and are very considerate of their guests' needs. It felt like a hotel accommodation while staying in the apartment with an experience of being part of the neighbourhood. There is a plenty of things to enjoy for family. Would definitely recommend anyone who is going to visit Blackpool.

Our second time staying at this property and I can honestly say that they always impressed me. Value for money wise was brilliant, as far as apartments go we couldn’t have asked for better facilities. The beds were very comfy, Excellent staff. Will definitely be booking here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Located close to amenities.

The apartment is shocking far from luxury. Place is Dirty to the point there are squashed flies on the walls and stains on all bed sheets. Tiles smashed in kitchen on the floor risk of sharp edges that could easily cut a childs feet door handles hanging off holes all over walls just filthy to be honest if your expecting what you see in the photos you are going to get a shock when you see the state of it here some of the photos attached i have many more to share to Google and trip advisor.
