Velvet Apartments - 10 Park Square East

The grading view was beautiful, the flat was clean and organised and the staff members were excellent.

Has no elevator to reach the bent house level. Carrying the Luggage was the most difficult part.

Beautifully presented in a great location with plenty of out of hours on street parking available

Noise, the apartment itself had a very loud and consistent banging noise from the neighbouring plumbing and pipes + the courtyard beneath the flat was extremely loud through the night with Bin men and workmen moving throughout. Impossible to get constant sleep

Great apartment in an amazing location. Would definitely recommend and go back me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our one night's stay!

The only thing we weren't happy about was that the TV screen had some damage to it and was a bit distracting when we were watching.

The apartment itself was quite nicely decorated and impressive from the outside; quite minimal and modern. The location was fabulous and it was very quiet considering it was in the city centre. Lots close by and a lovely park opposite the apartments. There was costed parking straight outside on the street. It was very easy to access the room using the codes.

There were small areas inside the apartment that could have had a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleaning, especially the smaller bedroom. The lobby and communal stairs were disgusting and smelled quite bad. The apartment was a 6 birth apartment but there weren’t enough plates and wine glasses for us all to eat and drink comfortably. There was also only one three seater sofa in the living space, so not enough seats for us to sit down. Small things, maybe, but I would have expected these basics to be covered for a £600 per night stay. I also think having to wait 7 days for my deposit to be refunded was a bit too long to wait.
